1medium carrotgrated
Salt and Black Pepper for Taste
½tablespooncornstarch
¼cupVegetable Oil
Instructions
Use the food processor to puree the red onion and potatoes, and shred the carrots.
Transfer them into a mixing bowl and add corned beef, cornstarch salt, black pepper, and egg. Mix them gently.
Use your clean hands to form the mixture into patties. Use two tablespoons when forming each patty.
Pour vegetable oil into a pan. Once it is hot, add the patties and let them fry for 3 to 5 minutes over medium-low heat or until they turn dark brown. Flip them and repeat the process.
Transfer the patties onto a plate lined with paper towels to absorb the excess oil. Serve it with rice or you can eat it alone.
